About me

The area of law that chose me

I joined Calder & Wright as a paralegal while completing a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce. Years in business, marketing and hospitality taught me how to communicate clearly, think strategically and stay calm with people under pressure.

I once pictured a career in commercial and contract law. Working day to day in family and criminal matters changed that. It asks more of me, as a future solicitor and as a person, and it sharpens my resilience, judgment and sense of purpose.

“I want to be the solicitor who is present in the courtroom, strong in advocacy, and committed to people who do not feel heard.”
